Hey there, pretty girl. You look so beautiful today, and I love your hair.

No need to cry, pretty girl; pick your head up. I know what you are feeling, and I wanted to tell you it’s okay.

It’s okay that you learn; differently, baby girl; you are special no matter what.

It is okay that you have milk chocolate skin that shines like gold.

It’s okay to have a weakness because what’s meant to be your weakness will ultimately turn into your strength.

One thing about you, Toni, is you have always had such a big heart and breath-taking smile. You are truly wonderfully and uniquely made in God’s image.

Hey, pretty girl, don’t allow anything to dim your light. You continue to shine bright like a diamond. As you grow older, you will realize that there’s a lot of negativity and darkness in this world, but best believe every room you step into you will bring a peaceful presence because you are chosen. You are chosen for greatness.

You’re a dream chaser, an innovative thinker, and a purpose chaser. All great things will come to you. Always stay true to your morals, as the creator himself is crafting your path in the palms of his hands. Growing up is painful but, endure because those are the birthing pains that will help grow and guide you along this unknown journey.

Now, pretty girl, look, things aren’t always going to go your way, so I’m telling you now, control what you can control. Keep the main thing, the main thing, and focus on what’s in front of you. Every day you should be pushing on the process of becoming the best version of yourself. Those insecurities, doubts, worries, and fears can’t add a second to your day, nor can they go with you to where God is taking you so, let them go.

I want to remind you that the most important thing you can carry around in this life is your faith — believe in those things you can not see. Your heart’s greatest desires won’t just appear out of nowhere; you are gifted with hands, thoughts, and the art of working hard to bring to past whatever you want.

I love you so much, Toni Michelle, and remember the best is yet to come for you, pretty girl. You haven’t even seen the life that is planned for you. Stay generous, trust God, and never lose faith, and I promise you will end up exactly where you are supposed to be.

Love you, pretty girl.

Sincerely from the 2021 version of Toni.
